Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and shipped to your delivery address.
Delivery Times
We ship across Canada.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 7–12 business days
- High-demand periods (e.g. holidays, promotions): up to 2–3 weeks
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to high demand or logistical factors.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery Notes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed, we are unable to guarantee changes or refunds
- If a package cannot be delivered and is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may be required at the customer’s expense
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions. If the package is not collected within the specified time, it may be returned.
Delays & External Factors
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
All orders are shipped from our international warehouse to allow us to offer a wide range of styles while keeping pricing accessible.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on your location, duties or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
